Stopped in expecting to have to hunt around, but they had exactly what I needed in stock like usual. No unnecessary runaround or waiting, just grabbed it and got on with my day

I mean, the shipping cost was fair, honestly. I was kind of expecting some random extra fees to pop up at checkout, but yeah, there really weren’t any weird charges or anything like that.

I ordered a few pegboards from Perler, and at first they were totally fine. The beads fit well, and my kids were excited to use them for their projects.
After a few uses, though, one of the boards started bending a bit from the ironing heat. I’m careful not to leave the iron on too long, but you still kind of expect them to handle normal use better than that.

They’re not awful, and for the price they’re okay, but you might be disappointed if you’re planning to use them a lot. I just wish they were a little more durable

The color selection is good overall, and I did find a couple I liked. But a few of the shades I really wanted were either sold out or kind of hard to track down, which was a little frustrating because I didn’t want to settle and regret not getting the colors I had in mind. It’s not bad at all, just feels a bit limited depending on what you’re looking for.

I was able to use the coupon without any problems and got a decent discount. The prices felt fair to me overall. I did reach out to support just to double-check something, and they basically said something like, “Yep, the coupon should apply at checkout,” which it did. Smooth experience

I made a few keychains and magnets with my kids, expecting them to fall apart because that’s usually how these kinds of projects go for us. But after weeks of being tossed around, dropped, and basically treated like everything in our house gets treated, they still look good and are holding together. Kind of shocked, but happy with it...

I was hoping to find more bead colors, but the options felt kinda limited this time. Not terrible or anything, just wish there was a bit more to choose from becuase I had a specific look in mind

I returned the item without any hassle, and the refund showed up faster than I expected. that’s how it should be, isn’t it?

I’m new to perler beads, so I might just be missing something, but the site felt a little confusing at first. I was able to find the basics eventually, though I had to click around for a while before I really understood what I’d need to get started.
The kits look nice and the project ideas are helpful, from what I could tell, but I wish there were clearer beginner instructions or a simple list of must-have tools. It’s not a bad site at all, I just think it could be a bit easier for total beginners.

I ordered a handful of bead colors for a specific project, and two of the colors I received weren’t the ones I picked. The packing list had the right colors listed, so I’m not really sure where it went wrong. Like, the order on paper was correct, the shipping was totally fine, the package arrived okay, but the actual beads didn’t match. Now I can’t finish what I was working on, which is frustrating because I needed those exact shades, not something close, not a substitute, not a “maybe this will work” kind of color. Just kind of annoying overall

I’ve ordered from perler.com a couple times, and the prices are reasonable for what you get. Obviously, if you’re only buying one tiny pack, shipping might not feel worth it, but if you’re grabbing a few colors at once, it makes a lot more sense. Some shades seem a little more expensive than others, but overall it’s still cheaper than hunting them down in random stores. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing but no issues. Definitely worth it if you do a lot of bead projects.

Every bag I’ve gotten has had beads that are the same size and consistent and I haven’t come across any weird ones yet so I’m happy with them...

I ordered this Perler kit and at first everything looked totally fine, but once we started sorting it out, we realized some beads were missing and one of the colors was really short!! My kid still managed to make part of the design, but we had to change things around to make it work. Kind of a bummer, especially since a kit like this should come with everything you need.

I could be wrong, but it felt like customer service took forever to reply. I don’t have the exact timing in front of me, but it was definitely later than I expected.

the colors look really nice and overall i’m happy with them. a couple of the beads were a little warped, but most of them were totally usable.

Perler was really easy to use. I found the beads and kits I was looking for quickly — didn’t have to click around forever or guess where things were. The pictures loaded fine, checkout was simple, and the categories actually made sense. Especially when I was looking for specific colors. No problems on my end, just a smooth shopping experience.

I’ve tried a few patterns from perler.com, and overall they’ve been good. The designs are clear, easy to follow, and thankfully didn’t make me feel like I had to dig through a bunch of extra steps or deal with a whole thing just to get started.
A few of the listed colors didn’t quite match the beads I already had, so I had to swap some out as I went. It wasn’t a huge problem, but I’ll admit I’m kind of tired of little hassles like that with every site or project these days, and it did slow me down a bit.
That said, the patterns themselves are solid, and my finished projects still came out looking really nice. I’d probably use the site again, especially since once I got past the small color adjustments, it was straightforward.

Still waiting on my order, and the tracking has been useless

My kid really enjoys playing with the beads, and the colors are bright, and cute, but I can’t say I feel totally relaxed while they’re using it. The little pieces seem to end up everywhere, and if you have younger kids around, I’d definitely watch closely, since they could easily try to put them in their mouth.
The ironing part is also very much an adult job, in my opinion. It’s a fun activity for older kids, and it keeps them busy, but it’s not something I’d just hand over and leave them alone with.

So... I found a lot of fun ideas on the site, which I really liked, but it does feel a bit cluttered at times. I just wish the patterns were easier to find without having to dig around so much
